| 1995 | BELAM began its activity with main office in Kaunas. The basic shareholder of the established company is BELAM Inc., which represents producers of telecommunication equipment NORTEL and DMC in the Baltic countries. Since the very beginning, the company specializes in design, installation, and maintenance of telecommunication systems. |
| 1996 | Implemented more than 100 small and medium telephone systems. |
| 1997 | Continuously increasing number of clients: Lithuanian Power Station, Kaunas district municipality, Radisson SAS Astorija. |
| 1998 | BELAM branch was opened in Vilnius. With its tendentious development, the company becomes the integrator of systems in the fields of telecommunications as well as voice and data networks. Company has won the leader’s position in the Lithuanian telecommunications market during introduction of national communications network in the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Lithuania. |
| 1999 | Implemented information systems in Ūkio bankas, Ministry of transport and communications. Implemented BALTNET – Air control's data transfer of three Baltic States, contract of the Ministry of National Defence Republic of Lithuania. |
| 2000 | Implemented departmental telephone systems in the Chief Procurator's office. |
| 2001 | Implemented departmental telephone systems in Hospital of Kaunas University of Medicine. BELAM wins in telecommunications operator TELE 2 competition to build communications towers. |
| 2002 | Company wins telecommunications modernization project in the IXB corridor of railway transport which is financed by ISPA. After successful end of project in 2004, BELAM continues partnership with Lithuanian Railways. |
| 2003 | Company successfully work further in various projects. |
| 2004 | The major part of BELAM employees gets certificates of project managers in telecommunication projects. |
| 2005 | Belam and Fima consortium signed an agreement with Lithuanian Railways for telecommunications modernization in Kaisiadorys-Kybartai railway section. |
| 2006 | Implemented global data transfer network in Lithuanian Railways with contractor IBM Lietuva. Company becomes Microsoft certified partner. |
| 2007 | Belam and Fima consortium finishes telecommunications modernization project in Kaisiadorys-Kybartai railway section and continues partnership in railway section Latvia-Panevezys-Radviliskis-Taurege-Pagegiai. |
| 2008 | Belam and Nortel consortium started modernization project of Lithuanian Railway radio communication system with Nortel GSM-R technology. Belam implemented vehicle's number and container's codes identification at the road and rail stations external borders of the EU. Installation project initiated by the Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance. |
| 2009 | Lithuania Railways has made Lithuania’s first GSM-R call made possible with Nortel GSM-R technology. The historic first call was completed on the Vilnius and Kaunas route which is one of Lithuania’s busiest rail lines. The GSM-R call marks the official start of the field pilot phase of the LitRail GSM-R project. |
| 2010 | BELAM telekomunikacijos was added in the list of participants in NATO competitions. BELAM and Kapsh CarrierCom consortium has completed the works in accordance with the LitRail GSM-R radio communication system modernization contract. Indra Sistemas SA has chosen BELAM for cooperation in LitRail Traffic Management Center developement. |
